After Hours
Late night wine flights, dishes to share, and a harbour view.
From 22:30 until 01:00
Wine flights in Split, served on a terrace within Diocletian’s Palace.

When you want to stop time,
this is the place to be.
ZOI After Hours is a late evening wine flight experience, served on the terrace along the walls of Diocletian’s Palace.
As you take a seat, with the ancient wall on one side, a view of the harbour on the other, and a glass of curated wine in your hand, the layers of Split unfold — its history and its present, as the wines are poured and enjoyed.

Wine
Wine flights are curated by Jure Lizatović.
Plavac Mali — three expressions
Pošip — one hillside, different styles
Dalmatia — a regional selection
Croatia — a broader reading of the regions

Each wine is presented at the table, with a focus on the varieties, the vineyards, and the producers behind them.
The full wine list remains available, with a selection that spans the classical wine regions, while maintaining a strong focus on Croatia and its surrounding terroirs.
A wine programme that places ZOI among the most distinctive wine experiences in Split.

Food
The menu is curated by Alberto García Pérez.

Bread, seasonal spreads, croquettes, and a composed plate that changes regularly.
Charcuterie is served for the table — Jamón Ibérico, Dalmatian prosciutto, foie gras and caviar.
The dishes reflect the ZOI kitchen — focused on the ingredient, precise in execution, and shaped to accompany the wines.
