Booking Conditions

These conditions apply to all reservations at ZOI, operated by Teraca d.o.o. By making a reservation, you accept them.

 

1.Reservation and confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us — or, where a card hold or prepayment is required, once that step is completed. Please check your spam folder, and keep your contact details current, as we may need to reach you about your booking.

2.Seating and weather

ZOI is located on a UNESCO-protected terrace and has very limited covered indoor seating. If rain or weather conditions prevent us from opening the terrace, we are unable to honour your reservation. In that event we will contact you as early as possible on the day, refund any deposit or prepayment in full, and do our best to offer an alternative — though an indoor table or an alternative time cannot be guaranteed.

3.Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change your reservation online at any time. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your reservation time are free of charge: any card hold is released and any prepayment refunded automatically. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation are treated as late — a card hold may be charged, and prepayments are non-refundable.

4.Deposits, card holds and prepayment

To secure certain reservations, we require a payment guarantee:

  • Bookings of 5 to 8 guests: a credit card hold.

  • Bookings of 9 or more guests: a prepayment.

The amount is shown at the time of booking. No charge is taken when a card hold is placed; the hold is only charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation, as set out in clause 3. Prepayments are collected at booking and are refundable only as set out in clause 3.

5.Large groups

For reservations of more than 10 guests, please contact us directly at info@zoi.hr so we can arrange your booking.

6.Allergies and dietary requirements

We take allergies seriously. Significant menu adaptations require advance notice, so please inform us of any allergy or dietary restriction before your visit. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee the prevention of cross-contamination for severe allergies.

7.Late arrival

We hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you are running late, please call us so we can do our best to keep your table.

 

8.Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY_POLICY].
